Polaris's new client, Centron Solar, has hit the market with a wave of media coverage. Centron Solar sells photovoltaic (PV) panels to installers and project developers around the US.
"The plan has been to launch Centron Solar at the 2009 InterSolar trade show on July 14th in San Francisco, CA," said Stine, Polaris President. "We planned to take their website online quietly last week in preparation for the show. But the news of their entrance into the market leaked to the media and everyone went a little nuts."
Since July 9th when Centron was first written about by the press, Centron Solar has appeared on the front page of the Eugene Register Guard 3 times, page 1 of the Oregonian business section, and, on July 13th, an article was released via the AP news wire, which was picked up by USA Today and other publications.
Polaris has been resposible for the branding and marketing efforts of this new, startup company. For a complete review of the coverage, see the news page on the Centron website (www.centronsolar.com), or google "Centron Solar."
