Judi Ettlinger has been first a client and then a consultant with Polaris since 2002. Ettlinger has worked in the construction industry most of her professional life, starting as a carpenter and working her way up to serving as the Marketing Director for Truitt & White, a successful building material retailer. As a consultant for Polaris, Ettlinger is an expert on the green building trend, having also served as the founding president and is currently as a board member for Build It Green.

Creative Staff

Mary Richardson is Polaris' VP of operations and among her many roles is that of creative director. A part owner of the business, Richardson leads a talented team of creative people, including the following:

Public Relations
Angel Menchaca, as Polaris' Communications Director, is the head of the PR team. Working with our network of media contacts, Menchaca leverages her many years of public relations and marketing experience to help our clients build brand awareness by consistently making news.

Project Managers
Our project management team is ready to take your marketing strategy from concept to completion. Our experienced project coordinators include Ray Bangs, Angel Menchaca, and Kelley Pearsall.
